Scope:This specification covers one width and one strength of low-modulus aramid webbing. 【摘要】:ThispartofISO105providesgeneralinformationaboutthemethodsfortestingcolourfastnessoftextilesfortheguidanceofusers.Theusesandlimitationsofthemethodsarepointedout,severaltermsaredefined,anoutlineoftheformofthemethodsisgivenandthecontentsoftheclausesconstitutingthemethodsarediscussed.Procedurescommontoanumberofthemethodsarediscussedbriefly.Colourfastnessmeanstheresistanceofthecolouroftextilestothedifferentagentstowhichthesematerialsmaybeexposedduringmanufactureandtheirsubsequentuse.Thechangeincolourandstainingofundyedadjacentfabricsareassessedasfastnessratings.Othervisiblechangesinthetextilematerialundertest,forexamplesurfaceeffects,changeinglossorshrinkage,areconsideredasseparatepropertiesandreportedassuch.Themethodscanbeusednotonlyforassessingcolourfastnessoftextilesbutalsoforassessingcolourfastnessofdyes.Whenamethodissoused,thedyeisappliedtothetextileinspecifieddepthsofcolourbystatedproceduresandthematerialisthentestedintheusualway.Forthemostpart,individualmethodsareconcernedwithcolourfastnesstoasingleagent,astheagentsofinterestinaparticularcase,andtheorderofapplication,willgenerallyvary.Itisrecognizedthatexperienceandfuturedevelopmentsinpracticecanjustifyproceduresinwhichtwoormoreagentsarecombined.Theconditionsinthetestshavebeenchosentocorrespondcloselytotreatmentsusuallyemployedinmanufactureandtoconditionsofordinaryuse.Atthesametime,theyhavebeenkeptassimpleandreproducibleaspossible.Asitcannotbehopedthatthetestswillduplicatealltheconditionsunderwhichtextilesareprocessedorused,thefastnessratingsareinterpretedaccordingtotheparticularneedsofeachuser.Theyprovide,however,acommonbasisfortestingandreportingcolourfastness.
