【摘要】:1.1ThisterminologyisacompilationoftechnicaltermsusedinconjunctionwithtestingandspecifyingsolidelectricalandelectronicinsulatingmaterialsinstandardsunderthejurisdictionofCommitteeD09onElectricalandElectronicInsulatingMaterials.1.2Itisintendedthatalldefinitionsinthisterminologyareidenticaltodefinitionsofthesametermsasprintedinstandardsoforiginatingtechnicalsubcommittees,withtheexceptionsof:(1)deletionofanypartoftheDiscussionincludedinanotherstandardthatrefersspecificallytotheuseofaterminthatstandard;(2)figurenumbersandcorrespondingreferences;and(3)inthisterminology,aparentheticaladditionofareferencetooneormoretechnicalstandardsinwhichthetermisusedandtheyearinwhichthetermwasaddedtothiscompilation.1.3Itispermissibletoincludesymbolsaspartoftherepresentationofterms,whereappropriate.1.4Itisnotintendedthatthisterminologyincludedescriptionsoftermsorsymbols(exceptasnotedin1.3).Itisalsopermissibletoincludeacronymsandabbreviationsreferringdirectlytodefinedterms.1.5RevisionsandadditionstothedefinitionsinthisterminologyaretobemadeasaproductofacollaborativeeffortbetweenSubcommitteeD09.94andthevarioustechnicalsubcommitteesofCommitteeD09,withSubcommitteeD09.94providingeditorialadvicetothetechnicalsubcommittees.Newdefinitionsandrevisionsofexistingdefinitionsmustfirstbeapprovedbythecognizanttechnicalsubcommittee(orsubcommittees)beforeinclusioninthisterminology.
