【摘要】:1DatatypesThenumericalcontrolsystemsaddressedbythisTechnicalReportuseacombinationoftwotypesofdata:1)Machineprogramdata—DataformattedinaccordancewithISO2539andcodedinaccordancewithISO840.2)Operationalstatements—Machineset-up,initializationand/oroperationalparameterdataformattedinaccordancewiththisTechnicalReportandcodedinaccordancewithISO646.Charactersubset:0-80-90-100-13charactersofcolumn2except2-7charactersofcolumn3except3-11and3-15charactersofcolumn4except4-0charactersofcolumn5characters7-12and7-152OperationalstatementsItisnotexpectedthatallNCsystemswillembodyallthefeaturesandcapabilitiesforwhichoperationalstatementshavebeendefinedinthisTechnicalReport.WhenanNCsystemhasthecapabilitytoenteroperationalstatements,themnemonicsandformatsdefinedinthisTechnicalReportshallbeused.ItisnotintendedthatthefunctionsdefinedhereinshalllimitthecapabilitiesofNCsystems;ad-ditionalfunctionsandoperationalstatementsmaybedefinedandimplementedbythecontrolbuilderasrequired.Itisalsoexpectedthatinsomeinstances,acontrolbuildermay,athisdiscretion,implementoneormoreofthefunctionsdefinedhereinexclusivelywithpushbuttonswitchesorotherconventionaloperatorcontrols.Ifthesefunctionsarelabelledinanabbreviatedormnemonicfashion,themnemonicsdefinedinthisTechnicalReportshallbeused.3HardwareconfigurationThisTechnicalReportdealswithnumericalcontrolsystemswhichmayassumeanyofawidevarietyofhardwareconfigurationsac-cordingtothepurposeandcapabilitiesrequiredofthesystem.Figure1showsanumericalcontrolsystemcontainingseveraltypesofperipheralhardware.TheprimaryconcernofthisTechnicalReportistheformofthedatapreparedbythepartprogrammerorin-troducedbytheoperatorintothenumericalcontrolsystemthroughoneormoreofthesedevices.Ingeneral,thesedatacanbeeither"machineprogramdata"or"operationalstatements".BinarydatainterchangeinformatsnotconformingtothisTechnicalReportmaybeutilizedwithinoramongvariousdevices,attheconvenienceofthecontrolbuilder,wheneversuchinterchangeistransparenttotheuser.Figure1suggestssomeofthepossibletypesofperipheralequipmentthatmaybeusedwithanumericalcontrolsystem;itisnottheintentofthisTechnicalReporttospecifyortolimitthetypesofperipheralsusedinagivensystem.Otherstandardsexisttodefinesomeofthephysicalinterfacesimpliedbyfigure1.4FunctionalcategoriesofcommandsToillustratetheimplementationofasystemhavingabroadrangeofcommandsandwithmaximumutilizationofanalphanumerickeyboardforcommandentry,asystemhavingastructureorganizationaccordingtofigure2hasbeenused.Figure2showsseveralcategoriesofcommandsthatmaybeimplemented.ItisnottheintentofthisTechnicalReporttospecificallyrequireortolimitthecommandstothoseshowninfigure2;theextentofthecapabilitiesofanygivennumericalcontrolsystemwilldependupontheusetowhichthesystemisput.Insomesystems,diagnosticcapabilities,managementinformationsystemfacilitiesandotherspecializedfunctionsorcategoriesmightbeprovidedinadditiontothoseshowninfigure2.Afeatureoftheorganizationshowninfigure2istheexistenceofaModeSelectorlevelinthesystemstructure.Anoperatorcom-municatingwithanumericalcontrolsystemhavingthisstructurecangainaccesstoanyofthesubordinatecommandcategoriesfromtheModeSelectorlevel.Oncehehasenteredtheappropriatesub-level,hecanperformanydesiredoperationforwhichmnemoniccommandshavebeendefinedinthatcommandcategory.Whenhehascompletedhistask,hecanswitchfromthesub-levelbacktotheModeSelectorlevel
