【摘要】:1Thisstandarddealswithpoweroperatedtemporarilyinstalledbuildershoistsintendedforusebypersonswhoarepermittedtoentersitesofengineeringandconstruction,servingeitheroneupperlandingoraworkareaextendingtotheendoftheguides,(e.g.aroof)havingaloadcarryingdevice(lcd):-whichisintendedforthetransportationofgoodsonly;-whereitisforbiddenforpersonstostepuponitatanytime;-whichisguided;-whichisdesignedtotravelatanangleofatleast30degreestotheverticalbutmaybeusedatanyanglebetweentheverticalandthemaximuminclinationasspecifiedbythemanufacturer;-whichissustainedbysteelwireropeandapositivedrivesystem;-whichiscontrolledbyhold-to-runcontrolsbytheoperator;-whichdoesnotbenefitfromtheuseofanycounterweight;-whichhasamaximumratedloadof300kg;-whichhasamaximumspeedof1,00m/s;andwheretheguidesrequiresupportfromseparatestructures.2Thestandardidentifieshazardsaslistedinclause4,whichariseduringthevariousphasesinthelifeofsuchequipmentanddescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehaz-ardswhenusedasintendedbythemanufacturer.3ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotspecifytheadditionalrequirementsfor:-operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeclimates,strongmagneticfields);-lightningprotection;-operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);-electromagneticcompatibility(emission,immunity);-handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids/bases,radiatingmaterials,fragileloads);-theuseofcombustionengines;-theuseofremotecontrols;-hazardsoccurringduringmanufacture;-hazardsoccurringasaresultofmobility;-hazardsoccurringasaresultofbeingerectedoverapublicroad;-earthquakes;-noise.4Thisstandardisnotapplicableto-permanentlyinstalledlifts;-buildershoistsforpersonsandmaterials;-buildershoistsforthetransportofgoodswithaccessibleplatforms;-buildershoistswithanlcddrivenbyhydraulicjack(directlyorindirectly);-furniturehoists;-conveyors;-workcagessuspendedfromliftingappliances;-workplatformscarriedontheforksofforktrucks;-workplatforms;-funiculars;-liftsspeciallydesignedformilitarypurposes;-minelifts;-theatreelevators;-specialpurposehoists.5Thesafetyrequirementsand/ormeasuresofthisstandarddealwiththedesignofthebaseframe,guiderails,lcd,driveunit,electricaland/orhydraulicinstallationandthecontrolofthehoist.Includedisthedesignofanyguiderailsupportbutnotthedesignofthesupportingstruc-ture(e.g.buildingorscaffold)andanyties.Otheraspectssuchasbaseenclosure,thedesignofanyconcrete,hardcore,timberorotherfoundationarrangement,hoistwayprotectionandtheupperlandingaredealtwithintheusersmanualsectionofthisstandard.
