【摘要】:ThemicroactivitytestprovidesdatatoassesstherelativeperformanceofFCCcatalysts.Becauseresultsareaffectedbycatalystpretreatment,feedstockcharacteristics,testequipment,andoperatingparameters,adherencetothistestmethodisaprerequisiteforcorrectinterpretationofresults.Apparatus,testconditions,andanalyticalproceduresactuallyusedshouldcloselyresemblethosedescribedinthistestmethod.Significantvariationsinapparatus,testconditionsand/oranalyticalproceduresmayresultinactivityandselectivitydatawhichdonotcorrelatewithdatadevelopedbyotherlaboratoriesonidenticalcatalyst/feedstocksamples.Thestandardmethodreactiontemperatureis960x00B0;F(516x00B0;C).Otherreactiontemperaturescanbeused;however,catalystselectivitydatadevelopedattemperaturesotherthan960x00B0;F(516x00B0;C)maynotcorrelatewithselectivitydatadevelopedat960x00B0;F(516x00B0;C).Also,precisionatotherreactiontemperaturesmaychangecomparedtodataobtainedat960x00B0;F(516x00B0;C).1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminingtheactivityandselectivityofeitherequilibriumorlaboratorydeactivatedfluidcatalyticcracking(FCC)catalysts.Theactivityisevaluatedonthebasisofmasspercentconversionofgasoilinamicroactivityunit.Theselectivitiesareevaluatedonthebasisofmasspercentyieldsofspecificallydefinedproductsresultingfromthecatalyticcrackingofgasoil.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.2.1Exception8212;SIunitshavebeenretainedinsomeofthefigures.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
